Bay of Islands Boat trip

Well what a glorious day.  The weather could not have been finer.  We were picked up at the campsite at 8 and taken to the ferry to pick up our boat for the day.  We had top deck seats and sailed into the bay.  The islands are fantastic and we went to Russell and then meandered through the little islands, some of which are lived on.  The captain was very good and very informative and also had a very good sense of humour.  We had the history of the Maoris and Captain Cooks story all the way through.  We had a nice family next to us who had a little girl just like Izzy same colouring and full of life.  I will continue this story tomorrow as signal is very weak and I won't be able to load any pictures.
